Through open collaboration we deliver major savings and efficiencies by professionally procuring a variety of products and services to support the wide range of member needs.

Each member can utilise the 4 year frameworks as required to match their programmes of work. Currently, our members comprise a range of small and large landlords located across the North East of England, including some of the largest registered housing providers in the North East.

  • Creating all necessary tender documentation 
  • Objectively evaluating tender submissions against agreed objectives in support of our Member organisations 
  • Providing high-level contract management including Pre-Start meetings, regular review meetings and KPI management

We support the management of Member programmes of work through our dedicated Programme Manager and Procurement & Contracts Management team.
