Formed in 2008, NE Procurement Ltd. is a consortium set up by a number of North East based social landlords with the purpose of creating commercial procurement savings and efficiencies for planned maintenance and new build works with the added benefit of investing in the improvement of Member communities.
Collaborative transparent working in straightforward efficient ways is a key driver for the activities of the organisation where one aim is for all parties to benefit.
Today, with over £160 million expenditure having been managed, NE Procurement has truly made an impact. In parallel to the commercial success, our procurement activity has driven a number of social value initiatives through the supplier and contractor relationships as well as our Future Sparks Regeneration Fund.
